This building at fraser and kent has been gone for a couple weeks now.. Couldn't remember what it was but after checking street view it was a piece of sh!t.

Bard on the Beach wants to install an "all-season" surface in Vanier Park - either gravel or pavement.

The parking lot is already pavement - and it's needed for the boat ramp - cars and boat trailers.

I fully expect the Kits Point people to lose their minds over the Bard on the Beach proposal. If building a proper multi-use path made them crazy, this might just make them apoplectic, assuming they aren't just anti-bike.
