I really like the scale and massing of this one. It fits nicely into the 11th ave corridor, I worry a bit about the spandrel and the brick. I hope those materials don't bring the building down too much.

Some of the brick portion is now up. Not liking it.

Oh that's stucco. I thought it was aluminium panels? Looks good tho.

So many different types of cladding on this beast. Somehow they have still pulled it together into something okay.
