Another couple of floors and things will really start to get exciting here. At least there's a reason to go to North York now... lol!

Both towers are both at least by their 7th or 8th floor!

I'd like to see the parking lot at the SW corner to be developed.

I'm interested in how these things will look when they're finished.

Bazis is reporting that they are now on the 14th floor.

They also mention that window installation will begin in October, starting on the 4th floor.

Wow! That is looking really good.

Waiting for the curve to begin now... or the slant?

Thanks for the update Dwils01. It has been a long while since we saw an update. Hopefully we will also see some cladding soon. The emerald green cladding will be interesting.

Atlantis over at UT just happened to catch the first glimpse of cladding.

It reminds me of X`s cladding - so far it looks promising.

Emerald Park Condos - North York Centre

I walked through the Sheppard Centre, and it's like World War 3 just happened, everyone is camped out at this mall like it's the end of the world. Laptops going and phones all charging and people huddled around the walls for every inch of power from the column sockets. I should have taken a picture... so surreal. All power is out in Central North York along Yonge, North of Sheppard.

From that angle they look taller than Nestlé's building. Are they?

Is it just the optics of the lens or are the buildings starting on the outward curve?

Drove by here today. Wasn't able to get a picture, but the east tower definitely looks taller that Nestle building now. And the west tower looks about the same height, maybe not quite as tall as Nestle yet.
The cladding is looking nice from the distance I was at. Didn't get right up close, but the colour looks good so far.

Just happened to be at Sheppard and Yonge today. So I decided to seize the opportunity.

All by me.
