Portland Skyline Panorama

Took this back in September of 2008, and just got around to turning it into a stitched photo... turned out really well...

Portland looks like a very nice place. I need to add Portland to my list of places to visit.

Thanks.

I'm considering turning it into a poster. I have a 7000x2000 version of it.

That looks nice. The new tower will make it even better.
Where were you standing? Can you see the south waterfront from that location?

I was standing on the Eastbank Esplanade just north of the Hawthorne Bridge.

Unfortunately, you can't see SoWa from there because the Hawthorne and Marquam Bridges are in the way. To the left you'd see a big bridge truss and nothing else.

(SoWa is almost two miles south of where I was standing... it's actually pretty far from the CBD...)
