I appreciate all the comments. Thanks! I'll try to get out there and take some more pics sometime soon.

A plethora of good images.
The Van-Sea-Por area is such a wonderful part of NA.

Wonderful pictures, thank you. Too bad Portland seems to be overrun with graffiti vandals though.

Portland is certainly one of this country's best midsize cities!

Great shots. I'd love living in Portland, I think (if it wasn't for the weather, lack of pro sports, and lack of snowboarding options).

Looks amazing. Can't believe I've not made it there yet.

Hate to burst your bubble but Mt. Hood is only about 45 miles east of downtown Portland with Mt. Hood Meadows, Ski Bowl, Government camp, and Timberline Lodge ski resorts (There are more I didn't list I'm sure). Timberline is the only year-round lift-served skiing in North America.

Are you joking? I moved here in part b/c of the awesome weather, un-thuggy pro sports team, and awesome ski/snowboarding access.

Great Set!

Yeah, I just rode a foot of powder at Bachelor 5 days ago and will be surfing what looks to be a super nice swell tomorrow in 60F weather.

For my money P-town is one of the best spots on the planet for everything outdoor board sport related (some of the best skate parks on the planet too). It's pretty cheap living too and the Blazers fill the pro sport need for me.
