There's a problem about that. Fiducial would be preventing Ava developers from building their thing because Courbevoie's mayor, who's probably scared of losing his NIMBY voters, is not okay for both buildings. Otherwise Ava would already be U/C but Fiducial is said to be really determined to build their tower too. It would great to have both indeed. NIMBYs and their mayor are just annoying as usual.
