Yes, supermarket is Urban Fare. Its amazing to see the differences that they made between the old design and the current one. Much more modern looking, less tacky and appropriate juxtaposition against the Devinish (which is owed by the same company).

There goes my wish for a theatre on the top floor! We need more theatres in Connaught/Victoria Park! Considering how many people live in the area I think it's appropriate

The Odeon is being developed by Ronmor Developers from Calgary.

Also, who are the developers behind the Odeon and the Kensington?

So it looks like they cut the top floor off then with the latest rendering?? That sucks. I like some of the details from both revisions, but I think I like the the older design better overall.

Both were 3 floors of retail/office, and pretty much the same height (newer revision is a few feet shorter due to the top floor being office instead of retail)

^That's the old MRV rendering.

There's a new rendering at the Edgewater site in Mission. Front half facing the water has a c shape. Looking good.

Here are a few renders not seen often enough here.

Lido closeup showing the small-style retail bays. I'm really glad about this one. Didn't wanna see a large-style bay like for a Shoppers drug mart in there.

Another new mixed-use for Inglewood on 9th ave. Looks like most of the retail is already leased:
