It's now confirmed internally that the 2 undelivered painted WS 787 frames are not coming. If they get more, it will be new frames or used frames from elsewhere, so it's gonna be a while.
WS is currently struggling to operate the currently planned 787 sked with the current 7 frames.
Therefore, there is zero chance of transatlantic service from YEG by WS for the foreseeable future.
