iPhone Simcity

I downloaded this app and I've been playing it for a while and now I have a city of 800k but I'm kind of frustrated.
I cant seem to get my land value to go above high and I'm wondering if the game even goes higher than that. If it does, how do I get it? I'd like to have some of those awesome skyscrapers that were in SC3000 which this game seems to be based on.

If anyone knows anything about this, I'd be happy to hear it.

Put your industrial area on the complete opposite portion of the map than your commercial area. That seemed to do the trick for me. I had the same issue. The iphone version seems to have smaller maps.

Also, is there anyway to relocate a landfill? I know that in 3K you can cut off road access to it and it'll eventually disappear. But that hasn't worked in this version.
