I am not so sure those condo fees are out of line at all in the current market. I have a friend who lives in older downtown high rise and pays over $600 condo fees and my mother-in-law lives in 1990's building by Market Mall and pays close to $500 for 1300 sq feet.

I WOULD agree that condo fees in general seem way to high for Saskatoon!
