Dante's Down the Hatch getting pushed out by taxes

We have a cultural gem called Dante's Down the Hatch in Buckhead. Perhaps some of you have eaten there. Is there anything that can be done to save it? The property is being zoned as a 15 story office lot, and the owner is getting charged too much taxes and is being basically forced to shut down shop.

cultural gem? a culinary novelty...at best.
