Oh no the amendment was real short just one line in the contract changed. I guess I should have gotten legal advice on it :/ but I wasn't concerned about the date pushed back.

The pictures were taken on Sunday. I went past there....last week either Thursday or Friday, and there was stuff going on.

Yeah I think the pace has definitely picked up since my first excavation update a month ago. They're about twice as far down now, probably just below the 3rd parking level.

It won't be too long before it gets moved. Just need to see some foundation work underway.

You can see though from the latest pics, that lots of dirt has been removed, and they've even dug down a little deeper. It won't be long before a crane is in there.

This one is supposed to be 7 storeys deep, that would still put it at probably 2 months at best before foundation work.

I wonder why so deep? Most of the condo towers we've seen are 4-5 floors deep.

Good to hear on progress, and thank you for all the updates guys.

Chad, not sure if your statement on 7 storeys deep is same as saying parkade levels, but I'm pretty sure there will be 5 levels; based on drawings of the structure.

5 levels down makes more sense. I've never seen a condo tower of that size that goes down 7 levels. If it is 5 levels down, that would be about 3.5 regular floors, and would be fairly close to getting a crane.

Ohhh my bad! I thought I remembered someone saying 7. You guys are probably right. In that case, looking forward to seeing concrete and a crane soon
