I like this design. It and the other tall figure (another proposal) in a couple of the images will lift up the height in the lower South Lake Union area.

Also in South Lake Union, Wilshire is planning a 26-story apartment tower at 427 Ninth Ave. N., and a seven-story apartment building at 525 Boren Ave. N. He said construction of both is scheduled to start this fall. Via Architecture is designing all three projects.
