More development

I saw in the Herald this weekend that there is more development planned for Eau Claire area. Lets hope it all goes well and more people move into the area and use it to its full potential. What a beautiful area to live in (if you can afford it). HAPPY CANADA DAY TO YOU ALL!!!!

Yup, a large 7 tower project. In the Calgary section there is more info about it.

Good lord it's looking great. It is just past Livingston Place which is 86 meters, so it's probably at 90 meters. Add 18 floors to that, say another 80 meters, makes it 170 meters

Walked by it a few times this weekend, I will admit the glass is somewhat more transparent than many photos show. So not as dark/reflective as Jamieson, but still wish it was lighter.

Looks good in certain types of light. Some lighting situations it looks almost the same as Jamieson, but overall much better than Jamieson.
