I really dig the engineering of this building. The two rather thick diagonal beams at the corner of each floor transfer load to the outer columns, creating pretty large, column-less spaces at each corner that can easily contain large conference or meeting rooms (or ridiculously spacious corner offices). From the outside, this will still look like a nice glass box, but these kinds of features make a big difference for tenants on the inside. An excellent touch by the architect and structural engineers.

Its obviously nothing special, but seeing those new renders, I think this is going to be quite a nice addition to the Toronto skyline. Very clean and sharp.

BA1 with the corner notches has less engineering than this one. Facade is nicer on this one although I was hoping for better.

I'd like to see some more office tower proposals within the next few years as the people residing in the new condos will need jobs. I like the cladding, it's much sharper than BAC West.
