No other city? How do you figure? Halifax usually holds the title of most bars/clubs packed into few blocks of its downtown. Why do Torontonians assume that other cities don't have things that Toronto has?

Halifax is a college/military town. It shouldn't be a surprise that it will have a higher concentration of clubs/bars. Half of downtown Halifax is basically one bar/club after another. On peninsula Halifax (120,000 people) you have 25,000+ university students and at least another 10,000 military personnel.

I repeat no city had a Clubland, no city will ever have a Clubland, now that the original one and only is being destroyed one block at a time.

Whistler actually holds the title for most bars and restaurants packed into a small area.

Who cares anyway? Let's get back to Bisha.

The height in the title needs to be updated, it's 137 metres.

Another density filler I've missed. More welcome height for this area. Fine by me.

It's painful how slow this one is moving. I'm sure there's good reason for it, but I would have imagined they would have been higher up in construction than they are currently.

Takes a long time to pour concrete into forms.

The ownership structure if this condo is slightly different than the other Lifetime project in the financial core (INDX), Maybe that has something to do with the lag (i.e. Charles Kahbouth?)
