I really dig the engineering of this building. The two rather thick diagonal beams at the corner of each floor transfer load to the outer columns, creating pretty large, column-less spaces at each corner that can easily contain large conference or meeting rooms (or ridiculously spacious corner offices). From the outside, this will still look like a nice glass box, but these kinds of features make a big difference for tenants on the inside. An excellent touch by the architect and structural engineers.
