Video of demolition of 462 m tall longwave mast in Russia
On http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UbPl4uPruoE&NR=1 you can see a video of a demolition of a 462 m tall longwave radio mast in Northern Sibiria. It was the second tallest structure in Russia!
I know the other video, too. But what is also interesting: at the end of the Russian video the demolition team metres out the debris. Obviously they did not believe how tall it was.
In fact, the height of the CHAYKA-masts ( some chains are still in operation as LORAN-C in Northern Europe) was and is obviously kept secret for these objects. There is an other 462 metres tall CHAYKA-mast at Dudinka, still standing. How many forumers know of its existence? And that who know, since when do they know from its enormous height?
