Are both of the alley sides of this one blank?

Only the South side faces an alley and as far as I know there haven't been any renders of that side. The West side is built up to the property line shared with the Lucky Lounge so that wall will be blank. It looks like cladding will be going up soon so I guess we'll know soon enough.

This is good infill. Now I'm wishing the Chase Bank garage could be redeveloped/renovated.

This is a good sign for spec office towers as 5th & Colorado snags a big tenant.

I'm okay with this building. In 3-5 years Austin downtown street life is going to be totally different.

Definitely. Right now the busiest pedestrian areas are scattered around Downtown with some dead areas in between them. But as the city continues with Great Streets construction and a lot more more of the new towers finish up, Downtown will be walkable from one end to the other. If only the homeless population and crime could be be reduced.

I have no pictures to prove it, but the glass is already going up on the northern face of the building.
