Im sorry I don't understand what you mean. All I know is that in EVERY city with nice parks in Canada they are now filled with tents, homeless people and drugs.

I do think that it is unfortunate that we live in a day and age where things that were taken for granted 15 years ago, like parks are now abused by people. If this wasn't a private golf course, it wouldn't look like this.

^^That photo looking west is wild because you can see all of the way to Wabamun (if the steam on the horizon is indeed coming from the Sundance Generating Station).
