Is the garage the base of the residential building? Will there be retail in the garage's first level?

That's actually one view I would support keeping in place. It's from a pedestrian bridge and also includes at least one other view.

Oh no! Is this yet another catastrophic mishap with a CVC because the city doesn't have its shit together?

I've often wondered if the Pfluger pedestrian bridge had a protected view since it didn't exist when the CVCs were established. I too would hate to lose that view.

You can see the dome just fine. I would expect that the building is ok but since the ground slopes down alittle from the bridge to Riverside from that angle and elevation it seems to bump up a bit.

The official CVC for that view was put in place for the Lamar street bridge of course, but once the pedestrian bridge was built that view corridor overlapped it anyway. Since the "official" location of this protected view corridor is actually on the street bridge (a dumb location), that's probably why the dome is partially blocked here. I"m betting the view from the street bridge is probably still intact.

So is Green Water #1. We need to have the Aloft, 99 Trinity, Waller etc. to get started before all of the other U/C towers are topped out.

Nice shots from not the usual suspects viewing spots.

Great view. Seaholm sure has a lot of parking - ~five levels below ground and all those U/C levels are still only parking levels.

Trader Joe's looks nearly complete. How many above ground levels of parking are there?

I always wonder what all those parking levels will be used for when cars are obsolete

The parking garage will be for the suburban workers at Seaholm. But yeah, having a car in an urban environment for travel within it is like being attached to ball and chain. And I really have to wonder how many average suburban residents will pay a visit to Seaholm. The number would have been higher if it had been a public venue like an aquarium or farmer's market.

Yes. It also highly depends on what kind of retail they get. I'm really hoping there is another big anchor tenant besides ol' trader joe's...

Data centers! Computers won't care if the floor they're on is a little crooked or urban farms maybe.
