The design team on this notes Soko and Liberty Square in their neighborhood massing diagram, and shows a corner of Liberty Sq in one of the renderings. I wonder if the development team behind this is in any way affiliated, or if they're just acknowledging those other projects to put their own project in the proper context. Of the three large midrise projects proposed for this corner, I'd say this one seems most likely to move forward given that they went to the trouble to prepare CDR docs...though maybe Liberty did too, way back when?

Liberty square and this proposal is the same developer. SOKO is a different suburban developer.

That being said, Liberty square should break ground this month and the developer seems excited about this proposal as well. We are going to see a very very nice urban environment at american in thompson over the next few years.

I like the 2nd st project alot, reminds me of Miami.

Speaking of south kensington projects, i'm building this on the south side of 300 block of cecil b moore, probably start the first half in July.

My guess is that it's a nursing home. That's all Medicare and Medicaid money.
