There's about 3 floors of glass now on the northern facade. I'll try to get a picture this evening.

Ya wanna know something?

I kinda think Fitler Square's going to be in for some Interesting Times soon.

See, as other properties on the banks get built on, developers are going to be looking at those properties around the park and realizing that a bunch of rowhomes ranging from the positively dinky to the 1980's-style mini-row-mega-mansions occupy them. The views from 200-300 feet up will be most excellent.

So enterprising developers will start to assemble some of these into buildable parcels ... and when a One Riverside-sized building gets proposed at 26th and Spruce, just a block away, the "it doesn't fit in with the neighborhood!" furor will be awesome. And hilarious.

One Riverside looks good up close. Also, it's really slender, and fits nicely with all the new development in this area. If you want tall on this side of the river... there's still the big parking lot where Mandeville Place should be standing.

One Riverside reaches construction, sales milestone

Can't read the article since it is locked, but it will top off by the end of this month. Not sure what the sales milestone is.
