I'm not even "afraid of heights" and I just don't get the role of open balconies that high up. The only way you're getting me to spend time out there really beyond 400-500 ft is the way they do the balconies at Karma on the left there...they seem a little more enclosed/structural, but I could just be mistaking what I'm seeing.
Seriously, plain old open balcony + railing up to your waist 700-800 ft up is nutso. Aqua in Chicago also in this category. And I just don't trust patio items not to somehow blow off in a big storm. Imagine those items from that high up blowing off.
Other than that, I do like this building, moreso actually than I like the Studio Gang original in Chicago.
