It does, at least at the top. But you have to see actual on site conditions to determine that. Last I saw, there was still work to be done. Looks like I'll have to get on site photos myself.

I was by there today, there're still sidewalk sheds and scaffolding, plenty of workers, probably interior construction and inspections.

You guys are laughing now but Jacksonville will soon assume its rightful place as the largest and most important city on Earth.

I heard the UN is moving its HQ there. The eiffel tower is moving there soon as well. Elon Musk even decided he didnt want to go to mars anymore after visiting.

Very disappointed that 660 Fifth is just getting a reclad instead of being demolished for that 1,400 ft. Zaha Hadid supertall. Hopefully one day...

You may one day have a Tower Fifth blocking that particular view, so there's that...

Holy heck, it's certainly taking them long enough. It makes me wonder if the damage was worse than anyone was letting on.
