This thing is going to look nuts once it gets up there. A skinnier tower that is taller than Indeed Tower way over in the southeast part of downtown. On another note, Windsor on the Lake looks really good since they painted it. I think it looks like a "mature development" and classier since the new paint.

I think the craziest thing is that these developments will dwarf Windsor on the Lake. It used to feel incredibly tall, towering over everything else in te area. Now, its one of several in this cluster.

I love tall towers right up on the water, personally. I have also grown to appreciate the setback of other buildings - is there no setback requirement here or are they outside of that?

How many more floors until this one's onto the residential? Two more?

They're on the 9th floor now in Keith's photos, and the elevations show the 10th floor as the last parking level. 11 is the amenity level above the parking garage. It's also worth mentioning that the tower levels are smaller than the garage is, so the tower will become slimmer above the 10th floor, at least on the east/west side.

A blurry view from the Quincy webcam shows that this tower is onto the 2nd residential floor.

I'm so glad to see trees along the river - I'm often reminded of the photos of it when it looked like a large drainage ditch.

Just a reminder of how awesome this will look in the skyline. Only ~38 more floors to go.

This is our 3rd tallest under construction and gets almost no coverage.

Yeah, U/C Natiivo dwarfs its progress. But not for long.
