If Chicago can't win it, go Habs, Rangers, Winnipeg, or Calgary. In that order.

I've always like the Canadiens. But especially lately. Pacioretty is my favorite (American player), but Price is a close second. After Crawford, Price is my favorite goalie.

Oh, and Subban. How you anyone not like that guy? Amazing player, even cooler dude. The guy is an amazing skater too.

So yeah, if the Hawks get beat, I'm going Habs all the way!

I can't believe I forgot to mention the Flames in my post!

Also would be okay with the Hawks winning it, even though they've won it twice in recent years. After all those bad years under Bill Wirtz, the fans deserve at least one more

Flames win and get a much needed pair if points, but so does Minnesota and the Kings are already up 2-0 on the Habs, who have looked rather average on this Western swing. I suspect they'll lose again tonight.

Holy fuck, Tokarski sucks!!!

You lead 3-2 with a minute to go, you have to make that save.
And then the shootout was a big fail. Kings were 2 on 28 on the year but went 3 in 4 on Tokarski and the 1 shot was a clear miss. I know he is a small goalie but that was an epic fail.

It sucks because excluding the 1st period, we played a really good game.

Well, that was infuriating. The habs snatch victory from the jaws of defeat only to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Fuck!

Being outshot 13-2 in the fist period should be automatic grounds for losing. Montreal was lucky to get a point when they shouldn't have gotten anything.

67 - Ovechkin, Tavares, Backstrom

This scoring race is awesome.

That was a fantastic first goal as a Flame, too bad it won't count in his stats.

Thank god the worst teams in the league don't make the playoffs. If the Canucks do they will be facing much better opponents which Vancouver regularly beat.

Kris Russel obliterating the single game All time blocked shots record last night. Previous record - 12.

Russell had 15 last night. To go along with 32.5 minutes of ice time, and 2 assists.

Monahan with more than 27.5 minutes of ice time last night - as a 20 year old forward.

That was awesome. Another two points by the Flames....they just won't go away. Of course neither will San Jose, LA, Vancouver or Minnesota.

The Flames did what they needed to do though and that's beat the beatable teams and get at least three wins out of this road trip. If they can get another win that would be awesome...even a loser point would be great. When I saw them playing 7 games on the road, all against eastern conf teams (against which they don't have a great record) I thought this might have been a point where they start to drop out of the race.

Nice win by the Flames. Regardless of what happens in the next game, the road trip was more or less a success. They continue to hang in there.

4-1-1 on current road trip after losing their captain to an injury and trading away the assistant, sounds like more of a success than not. Certainly still no guarantee of a play-off spot for the Flames yet but they are at a place that no one expected of them at this point in the 2014-15 season. It's been a pretty exciting ride, thanks Flames.

Agree. Definitely a success. They are actually 4-2 and a loss against Ottawa would make it 4-3....IMO that would still be a success, but some might think of it is as only okay, given the tight race.

SJ vs Van. Hopefully someone wins in regulation.....one of the rare times I'm pulling for the Canucks.

Russell has been a beast all season. He's found his way onto my roster numerous times throughout the season. Block king.
