If I am not mistaken this is the third largest multi-family development proposed in Atlanta. (1) Being the 14th Street Proposal with 1200 Apartments, (2) Amli's 600+ apartments in Buckhead and (3) Atlantic Reality's 600 apartments in Cobb County. Truly astonishing.
Cobb County four midrises, at least: The Aberdeen in Vinings, The Towers in Smyrna, Horizon at Wildwood, and One Vinings Mountain.

All the above are already in existence. I don't have a picture of Smyrna Towers on S. Cobb Dr, but I believe it's an older senior living building.

Park Vinings is a planned 30-story senior living facility in Cumberland.
