Ok, someone on Twitter just followed up - and confirmed that CTV put up the incorrect artist's rendition of the project. CTV will correct it soon.

There has been no indication of any change of design submitted to City Hall that I have seen. Not sure where CTV got the rendering but it doesn't look like it would even fit on the lot size available. I suspect the design has not been changed by Medallion given the amount of effort put into it to date.

They mistakenly used one of the images from the Fincore proposal from the west of this site.

Very slow progress on excavation work. Have only removed around 5 feet along the north side of what should be 2 levels of underground parking.

I know, right? Every evening I walk past and I try to figure out what the delay is... at first I thought it was an old sewer they seemed to dig around. Then that disappeared and then... nothing. It's so weird.

Not sure why they have stopped work on the excavation. Looks like no progress has happened in a month.

They are missing out on the good weather when they could have dug out the pit completely to two levels deep and been pouring the footings and foundations.

They brought in another excavator and bulldozer to site but they weren't working and little to no progress on excavation has happened. Not clear why there hasn't been a parade of dump trucks hauling away soil to dig the 2 level pit at this point. The good weather is gone soon and to do this in the winter seems like a huge waste of time and added expense.

Workers were on site there this morning. Wasn't a beehive of activity, but there was an excavator and a truck working.

They've sort of scratched the surface but haven't put much effort into it it appears.

JAAR Excavating sign went up on fencing. Still no work on excavating the 2 level pit in weeks now.

Dug a little bit more of the pit. At this pace they will still be digging next summer.

More progress on the pit now. North end appears to dug 2 levels deep. The south end has no progress.

Little to no progress recently. Not sure what the hold up is but suspect it is finding contractor with resources to get anything started.

Milestone day - the tower crane is going up. Still no footings or foundation forming as of yet but they have poured the concrete base to sit the tower crane upon. Hopefully a sign that the site will start being active. Looks like this will support the north tower and a good portion of the 2 level underground garage.

Looks like they have started forming the foundation on the west side of pit.

Looks like they may be digging and forming for the south tower crane base now. Not much progress on footings for north tower side.
