Developer Plans 17 Edgewater, A 40-Story Rental Project
November 26, 2013
Miami developer 17 St Partners is planning a 40-story, 240-unit rental project near the Omni called 17 Edgewater.
Mark Kreisler, David Kreps, and Jean Noel Grinda are partnering on the project . The company has assembled nearly an acre of land on Northeast 17th Street, between Northeast Miami Place and Northeast Miami Court.
Kreisler tells the DBR that the 40 floor building will include five levels of parking, and amenities including a gym, pool deck, gardens, movie theater and club rooms.
Records show that the partnership has closed on the purchase of about an acre of land at and around 38 NE 17 Street.
The developers appear to have also been considering the possibility of building at a higher density, and selling the units as condos.
