I love that this block breaks up the height a bit.

I think only the shorter building is topped out.

In the source link, it says that they have about 8 more pours to go. I am guessing that means 8 more floors, plus the crown.

It appears to be but I always thought both buildings were 22 stories.

Hard to tell. The northern tower would still need more floors if to match renderings:

Another angle:

I tend to look this rendering when it comes to visualizing the height.. Seems to suggest that it will be around 50 feet taller than the student housing tower next door, so should have a good number of floors left to go based on some of the more recent construction photos.

This rendering definitely shows a height difference between the two towers.

Since the screen has not been constructed yet, the building appears to be shorter at this point, than what we see in the original renderings. I'm sure they will have the same type of curtain-wall screen on the taller tower as well.

I've never seen the project from this view before. Thanks again.

If you take a pencil or straight-edge...hold it up to your computer screen along the slender diagonal line on the southern face of the main tower (where the surface treatment changes)... follow the trajectory of that line...it should terminate at the top right corner (eastern edge) of the building.

Judging from this, the building will appear quite tall for it's 20-22 story floor height range.

The “Here” student housing tower turned out to be much more prominent than I had expected – it’s a huge building! I’m so glad that they decided on the circuit-board pattern for the exterior, because that would have been one massively bland surface area without it.

I walked Spring Street the area recently and it is unbelievable how much it has changed in such a short period of time. The Norfolk/Anthem/ Coda canyon sort of reminds me of DC with all of the buildings being the same height.

Yeah, it's much more imposing than I expected. It's probably one of the few times when the early renderings have understated the scale of a building.

Nice. Thankfully, they’re a good bit taller than D.C. buildings so a deeper canyon. Look forward to my next visit so I can take that stroll. Appreciate the post.
