One day they're going to come up with an actual green and blue exterior, and that will be an interesting building to look at.

Yep! In fact, the building has already been fully gutted! Internal work going on mostly right now. The building will be used for office space w/ retail when complete.

those aren't midrises. they are ranch style houses. tom servo says so.
