May as well show this here, I think 432 is slightly higher than it should be in this render...

Yeah Tower Verre is supposed to be 1,050' yet it looks 1,400' in that pic above.

Yes, it is much taller than it actually will be in that picture.

I think that was supposed to be the 1,250 version, which of course won't be built.

Talk about a lifetime event. This is crazy. As time goes by, I hope more towers similar in height arise to balance it out. A wall of supertalls I foreshadow in the future. The new Midtown Plateau. Nevertheless, its stunning to see.

You get a nice view of this one when approaching the Harlem 125th MNRR Station. Noticed it for the first time today and did a double take.

It truly is. I can remember when we would have been happy just to get one of these towers. Now, it's almost a pick and choose. Some I'm more excited about than others. But its an era of Manhattan development that will be looked back on, and we are witnessing it. As mentioned above, add the Hudson Yards and east side towers that will come, it's a skyscraper lover's dream. They should have declared Manhattan "skyscraper national park" a long time ago. It will be more evident in the future.

Random question: Are they doing interior work on this building at night? I was just looking at the 59th St cam and noticed that the construction elevator is running...

Great update! It is nice to see a few close up shots as the Earth Cam seems so far away now.

Great closeups. The views will be so much more than just Central Park. I wish it wasn't freezing out so I could get up to Top of the Rock and get some photos. Last time I did it in the cold, my fingers almost froze off.
