Webcam is active now. Should also be able to catch a number of other developments happening between Minute Maid & the GRB in upcoming years.

That site is out of the field of vision for the camera. It would be on the bottom and to the right just a bit.

No, not until demo is done and caissons for the actual new tower are set. At least per definition on this site, which in this case I'd agree with until all demo is done.

I'm guessing the existing building will be down to the ground in about two months, at a week per floor.
