One guy onsite today. Finishing snow removal, and was running extension cords around the site. Not sure what that was being used for.

Smile Things should soon heat up here

The developer announced construction is underway officially on Monday. There has been a few guys on site everyday this week, so we should be seeing this swing into high gear very soon.

With workers on site and forms being set up, this one will be moved to the construction thread any time now. As soon as we see some concrete poured, it'll be time to move it.

More workers these days and more forms going up. The first pour since re-starting should happen soon.

I'm very glad to see this one going again. It's the perfect location for a condo tower.

Shouldn't this one be in the Construction thread? Last time I went by the crane was in action.

^^^ If you could call it that. It is moving at a snails pace with about 2-4 guys on site each day. Not much has happened since my last posting. No concrete has been poured as of yet.

Agree. Once some concrete gets poured or at least some good sized forms get built, I would say it could be moved, but right now, doesn't seem like enough activity.

There is a crew on site this morning. Maybe the rest of the forms can go in and we can have a pour this week. Then we can switch this to the construction thread.

Thanks for the update DM! I've been wondering what's been happening with this one. I went past there on Saturday and it looked like nothing had happening for a while.

Moving hoarding to 2nd Street. They are trying to block me from photographing the snails pace!

Today is definitely the most activity happening here in at least a month. Totally amazing that no concrete has been poured here 2 months after construction was officially announced. Hopefully there will be workers on site again daily to get things get moving forward.

Completion was originally planned for late 2013 to early 2014, but is now scheduled for November 2014. I guess this is still possible if they soon get more workers on site than porta-potties!
