This condo could end up taking 7 years to build.

It's 2012, believe it or not these project began excavation in 2010.

Albeit at the end of 2010, but 2010 nonetheless.

Such a big hole no wonder why it's taking so long. Most buildings going up now are offering less and less in the way of parking. Does this one have a public lot going in it? Yorkville could always use more parking.

Yes this one broke ground in 2010. It's almost 2013 and they still have to take out the excavation ramp.

Just going by how long it's taken them to get this far.
