I like the design of this one. It looks very masculine.

Haha that's true, it is masculine, I like it

Not that I dig guys or anything...and not that there's anything wrong with that!

Lol! Trust me, there's no need to be gay or a womam to want your place to look masculine. The last thing I want on my building are pink bricks with white ornamented windows!

Hahaha, how very politically correct of you!!! I agree, this project has a masculine vibe to it which I like.

Wow, I checked the website and this one's sold out! They're marketing four other buildings across the street now, looks like we can expect more of these Lowney developments.

Where did you see it was sold out? That would be surprising. It doesn't say that on their website. the «95%» sold refers to the precedent phases of the Lowney project.

I interpreted it to be the meaning of this map I'm posting below.

http://lelowney.ca/lowney_8-11/

Isn't this the project marked 1,2,3 and 4? It looked like the configuration of Lowney sur Ville, but perhaps I was mistaken.

All those phases from 1 to 10 are precedent projects. Lowney sur ville is a new project.

Is it U/C only after it reaches ground level? I'm not sure if it has yet or not?

Within the SSP forum, when foundation related work has commenced. I have requested the mods to move this thread to the under-construction sub-forum.
