A huge project for University of Nebraska Medical Center which is located in Midtown Omaha. It will employ 1200 and is expected to have nearly $400 million in ripple development in the neighborhood. Fred Buffett is Warren's cousin that died of cancer over a decade ago, it was a gift to the project from his wife.
