That's Babylone, the project right beside it. YUL is actually doing good, they have sold 40% of the units in the first tower since September, and the sales should be increasing during Spring as November, December and January are the lowest months for home sales in Canada (April, May and June being the highest).

6 months you mean, they opened the sales office in September 2013.

I didn't know it was 50% sold now, glad to hear that.

Montreal and Vancouver seem to do better with these classy proposals.

A lot of the junk that will sell in Toronto would never work there.

Unfortunately, the Babylone proposal is on hold because the market is saturated. With Roccabella 2, Icône 2 and YUL 2, plus the Drummond and TDC Phase 2 about to enter the market, some projects just won't lift off because the demand isn't there.
