Nice photo updates.

I do wonder if the retail space in this building will be vacant for many years to come. The retail space in the building next door (at Mima or whatever its called) is still sitting empty.

They recently got an approval to increase the maximum FAR. Don't know how this would affect anything, or why they pushed for it so late in the game.
