Having the garage glass enclosed really makes this building good, nice addition!

This one is truly a gem. A big city kind of office building.

The building is really standing out now from these angles via KXAN's webcams:

This building really makes it apparent that the Austonian and Indy are just skinny point towers.

Love how it's starting to tower over One American Center.

Ay Caramba!!!! The contrasts between One American Center directly in front of it is absolutely amazing. The Indeed tower looming as a backdrop is nothing less than incredible as it is further away yet overwhelms OAC, which itself is a large building being dwarfed by comparison. What an amazing perspective. When completed, this should forever become a glory shot from that angle, and OAC has never looked better and more refined.

The One American Center has long been one of my favorite Austin buildings - since I was a kid, so I wasn't sure how I'd feel about something looming over it like this. I'm surprised by how neutral I am about it. I honestly don't hate it, and I was worried that I might. It really does sort of frame it from this view, and I'm good with that.

I'm generally not a fan of all-glass buildings. They have very little sense of scale and the blue ones blend in with the sky sometimes. In this case that's a good thing. One American Center is white with clearly delineated windows, so the blue glass behind it will act to not call so much attention to itself. In that regard you couldn't ask for a better neighbor, because now it will always have that neutral backdrop.

I was seeing it yesterday from around South Austin, and it's really taking its place as our 3rd tallest (roof height) now.

What is 360's roof height?

Per Wikapedia, 472 ft. 581 total with spire.

Yep. 360 is 472 to the roof, though, that's what the elevations say. I actually think there are some discrepancies with the true height. For starters, the elevations don't show the mechanical penthouse at all, and it's a bit higher than the listed roof height above the 44th floor. There's also that white part of the roof on the south end of the building below the glass part of the spire that goes up to 490 feet or so. The W actually has a higher listed height on its elevations than 360 does - 476 versus 472, but I think 360's true roof height is 490 feet. I also doubt the spire height. The elevations say 581 feet, but I've only ever been able to measure it at 569 feet, and it appears a bit shorter in-person than it does on the elevations.

Anyway, I think Indeed Tower is still lower than Frost's crown at the moment, but the mechanical screen will jump it in height.
