Don't forget that some of the variation of color you're seeing is construction dirt that could be distorting the true color of it. That southwest corner there looks particularly dirty.

My how fast they grow. It appears to be more than halfway. This bears repeating. This is how you cover up a parking podium. Looks like a crane jump is almost due. I do hope they leave the 2 story Chase building directly to the south. I woudn't want anything blocking the view of that side.

Now if 6xGuadalupe had the respect for the city they too could have had a quality building! Instead they show their hind end toward a historical block with a parking podium exposed. Shame.

All of the renderings we've seen view it on a north-south axis, either looking up or down Congress, roughly. When you look at it on an east-west axis, this thing is a huge slab. It's kind of amazing, and dominates the neighborhood.
