Very reflective glass like 300 Colorado. Looks like somewhat similar mullions too. The angles and the vertical lines should play nicely on this one.

Thanks for noticing! When I saw the reflection come into view, I knew that was the picture to take.

There are also five underground parking levels. But the parking levels are also for the second tower (hotel/residential).

Enjoying watching this "guy" go up. We haven't had a tower with "girth" since Frost was completed......and this will also break the "450-500" foot plateau by 50'.

I had thought that was put on hold for several years or scrapped all together?? There is supposed to be a little park behind the Food Hall isn't there?

They haven't given a timeline for the second tower as far as I know. The only thing I recall being mentioned about the second tower other than it being hotel and/or residential is that they are building the parking for it now. The fact that the tower would replace a good part of the nice public space that will be located behind the food hall suggests that it won't be built any time soon.

The glass appears to be two tones. Are they clear and a blackish tone or something different? I can not tell from the photos and have not been in town to see for myself.

Looks like it's just the angle/lighting. Although since the tower is designed to look like two intersecting masses, I'd be curious to see if they are going to do a different shade and/or pattern of glass on the other half of the tower.

It's definitely two different colors and patterns on the East and West halves of the building. the West half seems more blue while the East half seems more green. Although the color seems to change based on the angle it's viewed.

What's most important is how nicely the glass will cover up the parking. I love a job and design well done.

Every photo of the glass shows a different color tone. This will be a very moody building. Some photos show a definite two tone green on the slanted east tower and a blue gray on the vertical west tower. In other photos the difference is very minimal. I love buildings that change with different lighting. This one will probably by one of them. The ribbing or fins on the vertical west tower are an interesting touch. I wonder if there is LED lighting on some of them? So far this is looking great.

As mentioned...Thanks to the powers that be for treating the parking levels as part of the tower itself. Sleek and Clean with no podium!

It's great to see this one and both Colorado towers go up at the same time. All of them are at substantial enough heights to change the way the street feels. As Hanover starts to rise, that area will feel even more dense -- not just because of Hanover's height, but also because it's surrounded by the remains of the Warehouse district. Still enough single story buildings to offer a lot of contrast.
