Aw man. Common Hunser, almost had to take a xanax because the excitement was insane. I was like, damn, NYC needs to share the supertall love. Another 500m, and then I thought, no it doesn't, NOOO IT DOESN'T! ITS all OURS!!!!!



NYC is becoming a refugee camp for supertalls. They all come here!

Yeah sorry guys. But mark my words, a supertall 500m to the roof isn't that far-fetched. Who knows, maybe by the end of the year we'll get a bold proposal. Could be ShoP's 80 South St for all I know ...
