Broad Street (northbound) between College and 15th will be constricted this week. (Probably for the erection of the tower crane.)
The northbound lane is the other side of the street. They've been working on Broad in different areas for a couple of weeks. I think they might be repairing water mains.
I just received an email from CSP. A couple of interesting things...It says that they are currently preparing the site for the crane installation, but there is no timeline. It also mentions a local company who are going to be documenting the construction process. They will be setting up interviews and installing a time lapse photography camera. http://www.builtbigger.ca/
FCC-2 wont be for at least a year. It does not need to be completed before 2015.
It does not look like Albert and 11th will have a crane. Too bad. Cranes are great symbols.
Depending how rapidly they build this project, there is a chance that the crane could still be on-site a year from now. But you're probably right, it'll most likely be done by the time FCC starts up.

Based on what?
Having no knowledge of the details of this project myself, I agree, but I'm curious to know more about where the "completed before 2015" comment came from.

If I remember correctly, that's when their current lease agreement is up.
