Surprise, surprise... Dewberry has been very hard to work with and the construction company who was working on it has decided to leave the project and another will take it over.

Wow!

I think Dewberry just “shot himself in the foot” financially!

How would a developer hope to ever get future financing - on any project - if you run your contractor off midway through a project!
What financial institution would take the risk!?

Maybe he needs a remedial course on how to manage people (how to treat people) or a therapist that can work miracles.

Dewberry might be the worst developer in Atlanta. Fuqua while his projects are mediocre, at least he gets things done.

Yep, and Dewberry got huge tax breaks from either Invest Atlanta or the County (can't remember which). Just pathetic, this should have already been completed.

If you can live with this much luxury as a college student - what is there to aspire to?

However, after college, you may be disappointed when you can't live the "high Life" anymore and you have to pay your school loans off and pay rent.

Looks like there is an error with that Here Atlanta link. As soon as you click it there is a rendering of 903 Peachtree, a map pinpointing 903 Peachtree's location and another rendering embedded.

Just to add some context, a lot of times these rents aren't that much more expensive than what people pay for dorm living when you compared to a per bed and monthly rate. For example, to live in a 2 bed / 2 bath shared scenario in University Commons its $5,725 for a semester. That basically means mid-August to mid-December which equates to 4 months or ~$1,430 / month. While slightly cheaper than the studio or 1 bedrooms, it is more expensive than the per bed rate of a 2 bedroom and the non-dorm student housing comes w/ nicer finishes, amenities, and you don't have to deal with the campus calendar or rules.

Idiots. They will complain as soon as they graduate, if they do.
