Hi, these two twin buildings were ment to be 91.2 meters tall.

However they ended up being 116.35 meters tall and they were fined because of it.

Didn't find any opening date, but this is the last photo taken of the construction process.


Taken by JAVO MTY on December 18th, 2017.

They where pretty much finished by then.

So it's safe to say that they where openden in 2018 because they are habited right now.

Hi, the height to roof wasn't updated.
