Hello guys,

Sorry if this is answered but I have been unable to find info on the entire complex. Is the arena going to part of a larger development (like the project here in Edmonton) as I see lots of land around it or will it be a single arena?

Video Link

En résumé selon le PDF suivant :

http://www.ville.quebec.qc.ca/citoye...plantation.pdf

Looks like it will be a great building. Hope it will be home of the reborn Nordiques, similar to Winnipeg getting the Jets. I would love to go to a hockey game in Quebec City as I never got my chance when the Nords were originally there (well too young but still would have been great)

Again from what I have seen it appears to be only the arena, but are there plans at some point to develop around it like a TOD?

There is one project announced right across the street, you can see it here:

For sure there will be more to come.

The more the merrier. Is there plans to build a mass transit rail system in Quebec City as this would be nice to have to go to games in the future.

There are plans for a tramway, but it will take years.

En effet, c'est une bonne idée...
Il faudrait soumettre l'idée à Labeaume
