Columbia Center (Seattle) Facts

The Columbia Center in Seattle is consistently listed as having 76 floors even though it has 77 floors. The 77th floor is set back from the 76th floor, but it does exist! It contains maintenance equipment, etc. and has no offices, but it should still be acknowledged as the 77th floor. Most sites list the height as 933 feet, ignoring the 77th floor, but even Emporis, the bible of building statistics, acknowledges the 77th floor when stating the building's height, which is 967 feet, not 933 feet. It would be nice to see the true facts listed on the Skyscraper forum.
