The post card shot. Very nice photo. Can't wait to see the CMHR lit up later this year.

Great collection of city skyline photos from so many different vantage points.

You got into some very interesting locations to take these photos, well done.

^Nice photos, I'm jealous of the views you get to experience. I really like the third picture down, great vantage point. I'm guessing it is from the tower just off Corydon @ Nassau?

Thanks, and yes you're correct. Good eye! That 3rd shot was taken through a dirty window @ 260 Nassau St N (MB Housing)

All great photos from excellent vantage points. You truly see how dense Winnipegs tree canopy is with your photos. In many of the photos you can see how many of the trees obscure so many 4-5 story buildings. It's obviously easier to recognize many of the buildings in the winter but you really have to look hard to identify them in the summer.

^^^From the apartments at McLeod/Oakland & Henderson? Downtown seems so far away in those photo's. 5.7 km's according to Google Earth.

Nice shots.

You got it. A bit blurry, but oh well. Always nice to see the city from up high.

I thin you're right that if you count all buildings over 12 stories that Saskatoon has slightly more. But the top 4/5 tallest buildings in the province are in Regina...and the next 2 that will be in the top 5 are currently underway in Regina.

However, what Saskatoon lacks in height and attractive architecture downtown is certainly made up in natural beauty and perspectives (coming over the bridges into downtown).
Actually, another reason the the zoning. Regina has an "office policy" that allows offices over a certain square meters in three locations: downtown , a part of Harbour Landing and another spot I can't remember. So the density of office space is quite concentrated, (similar to Calgary's downtown office policy I have heard).
